Who we are
FitlyBuilt is a web studio for ministries, operated by WisdomStream LLC in Kissimmee, Florida.

What we collect, and why
Only what you choose to send us, plus the routine technical logs every website keeps.
What you send us. If you email or call, we keep the correspondence so we can respond and serve you. That’s all it’s used for. We don’t add you to a mailing list.
Booking a call. The calendar on our Contact page is provided by Cal.com, our scheduling service. What you enter there — your name, email, and any notes — is processed by Cal.com to book the meeting and shared with us so we can hold it. Cal.com’s own privacy policy governs their side of that.
Server logs. Our managed hosting environment keeps standard technical logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — for security and reliability. They’re routine, short-lived, and never used to profile you.
Fonts. Our pages load two typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those font files from Google’s servers, which means Google’s servers see your IP address as part of serving the file.
What we don’t do
No analytics trackers. No advertising pixels. No selling or renting personal information — not to anyone, not ever.
We don’t set cookies. The booking calendar (Cal.com) may use cookies strictly necessary to operate inside its own frame. And we will never send you marketing email you didn’t ask for.
If we add features
If this site gains a contact form or a chat assistant, anything you submit through them will be used to respond to you and provide the service — the same rule as everything above.
When that happens, this page will be updated to say exactly what’s collected.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
Email hello@fitlybuilt.com and we’ll do it and confirm it’s done.
Children
This site is written for ministry leaders and isn’t directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a revised date.
