FitlyBuilt

When someone asks an AI about your missions work, what does it say?

FitlyBuilt is a digital agency for ministries. For missions organizations, we build websites and work on how AI engines describe your work to the people who give, send, and go.

The people who give, send, and go are asking too

Before a donor gives, a church partners, or a future missionary applies, many of them now ask an AI assistant about you. It answers in a paragraph, built from whatever it can read, and moves on.

What do they ask?

A donor asks whether your organization is trustworthy and where the giving goes. A missions pastor asks what you do and where you serve. Someone sensing a call asks how to serve with you. The engine answers every one of them — in your words if it can read them, in someone else’s if it cannot.

What fills the answer when your site says little?

Whatever the engine can read: a charity directory, an old news story, a profile page someone else wrote years ago. The answer is being given either way. The only question is whose words it uses.

Why don’t we offer you the free snapshot?

Our free AI Visibility Snapshot measures local discovery — the questions someone asks about ministries near them. Missions work reaches past one city, so the snapshot would not tell you the truth about your work, and we would rather say that plainly than send you a report that misleads you. We start with a conversation instead.

Key takeaway: The people who fund and join missions work increasingly meet you first in an AI answer. Whether that answer uses your words depends on whether the engine can read you.

Why a missions organization can trust us with this

Because missions is not a market we serve. It is why FitlyBuilt exists.

FitlyBuilt is a tentmaking company: every project funds missions work in Central and South America. We also run our own missions ministry, on a site we built in full English and Spanish. We know what it takes to tell a work’s story across two languages, to make a giving path clear, and to answer the questions a sending church asks — because we answer them ourselves.

Who we are and what we believe

Missions work we have built

Two sites, shown for exactly what they are.

  • indiamission.org

A missions organization we built for. Its story, its work, and its giving path, on a site built to be read by people and by AI search.

  • thegodwhoanswers.org

Our own missions ministry. Built in full English and Spanish: two complete versions of every page, switchable in a click, both readable by engines.

A site that carries your story, your field, and your giving

Two services, in the order most missions organizations need them.

Websites

A custom website of up to twenty pages that carries your story, your fields of service, and a clear giving path — in two languages when your work calls for it. $2,500, with your current site and email moved over for you. Yours outright.

How our websites work

AI-search visibility

Ongoing, paid work on how AI engines find and describe your organization. Priced to what your organization actually needs, with every deliverable itemized in writing before a dollar moves.

How AI-search visibility works

How we work with missions organizations

  1. Start with a conversation. Thirty minutes about your work, your fields, and what the engines say about you today. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you.

  2. Receive a written plan. What we would build or change, and what it costs — in writing, before anything begins.

  3. Build the foundation. A custom website of up to twenty pages, built to the plan you approve. $2,500: $1,250 to begin and $1,250 at launch, with two rounds of revisions and your current site and email moved over for you.

  4. Keep your work visible. Ongoing AI-search work, if and when you want it, priced to what your organization actually needs and itemized in writing before a dollar moves.

Questions missions organizations ask

Honestly, no. The snapshot measures local discovery — what someone in one city asks an AI about ministries near them — and missions work reaches past one city. A report built that way would not tell you the truth about your work. We start with a conversation instead.

Yes. We build two complete versions of every page, switchable in a click, both structured so engines can read either one — not a translate widget bolted on afterward. Each language’s pages count toward the twenty in the build; work beyond twenty pages is scoped with you and quoted in writing at $150 an hour, never billed by surprise.

Yes. We build your site around the giving platform you already use, so the path to it is clear from every page. Moving to a different platform is your call, never a requirement.

Yes. Migration of your current site and your email is included in the $2,500 build. Nothing is lost, and nothing extra is billed for the move.

To what your organization actually needs, with every deliverable itemized in writing before a dollar moves. There is no public figure because no two organizations need the same work, and we would rather scope yours honestly than quote a number that fits nobody.

Start with a conversation

Thirty minutes about your work and what the engines say about it. No pressure. No pitch. Just a conversation between Kingdom workers.

If you are taking this to your board or to prayer, take all the time you need. We will be here.
