When people ask an AI about your organization, does every answer say the same thing?

FitlyBuilt is a digital agency for ministries. For denominations, networks, and national nonprofits, we work on how AI engines find, read, and describe you — across every site that speaks for you.

Members, donors, and neighbors ask an AI first

The questions people used to bring to your office or type into a search bar now go to an AI assistant: where to find one of your congregations, how to give, who leads you, what you stand for. The engine answers from whatever it can read.

What do people ask about an organization like yours?

Where the nearest congregation is. How to give, and where the giving goes. Who leads the organization. What it teaches and what it stands for. Each answer is assembled on the spot, in a paragraph, from pages the engine can read.

Where does the engine get its answer?

From every page that mentions you: your site, your congregations’ sites, directories, news coverage, profile pages written by others. It weighs them and writes a paragraph. It does not check with your communications office first.

Key takeaway: An AI’s answer about your organization is assembled from many sites at once. Keeping them consistent is now part of the stewardship of your name.

Every site that speaks for you

A denomination is never one website. Congregations, campuses, regional bodies, ministries, and microsites from seasons past — every one of them feeds the answer.

When those sites disagree, the engine has to choose. What disagreement looks like in practice, facts only: an address that changed on one site but not another, a leadership page that lags a transition, a program that ended but still has a live page. None of this is neglect — organizations grow, and sites accumulate. But the engine reads them all as one voice, and where they differ, the answer wobbles.

How we would work with you

FitlyBuilt is a young company, and we have not yet done this work for a denomination or a national organization. So instead of borrowed proof, here is the method itself, in the open.

  1. Listen. A conversation about your structure, your congregations, and what you already know is being said about you.

  2. Map every site that speaks for you. Your central site, congregations, regions, ministries, and the pages others have written — one honest inventory.

  3. Check what the engines say. We put real questions about your organization to ChatGPT, Google’s AI answers, and Perplexity, by hand, and record the answers with dates and sources. Facts only: we report what the engines said and where they found it. We do not judge doctrine, and we never name another organization against yours.

  4. Put the plan in writing. What we found, what we would change, and what each piece costs — every deliverable itemized before a dollar moves.

  5. Work the plan, and keep checking. Fixes to what the engines misread, consistency across the sites that speak for you, and dated re-checks so you can see what changed.

A central site built to be read

Ongoing AI-search work does not require rebuilding your website. Many national organizations already have a good site and a team behind it, and we work alongside them.

When the central site itself is the obstacle — when the engines cannot read it clearly — we will say so, and we can rebuild it: custom, up to twenty pages, migration of your current site and email included, built to the WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines as delivered at launch. Larger sites are scoped with you and quoted in writing before anything begins.

Questions organizations ask

No, not yet — and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. What we bring is the method above, our work for smaller ministries, and findings that arrive dated and sourced, so you see exactly what we see.

We scope it with you before anything begins. Work beyond twenty pages is quoted in writing at $150 an hour, and never billed by surprise.

Yes. The AI-search work arrives as findings and an itemized plan; your team can carry it out, or we can, or we can split it. We recommend a rebuild only when the site itself is what the engines cannot read.

The snapshot measures local discovery, so it fits churches and local ministries rather than an organization that reaches past one city. If one of your congregations wants it, it is free to them as it is to any church. For the organization itself, we start with a conversation.

It is scoped to what your organization needs and itemized in writing before a dollar moves. The usual shape: dated checks of what the engines say and where they found it, fixes to what they misread, and consistency work across the sites that speak for you.

FitlyBuilt is a digital agency for ministries and a WisdomStream company. The work funds missions in Central and South America. The full story — who we are, what we believe, and why we do this — is on our About page.

Start with a conversation

Thirty minutes about your organization and what the engines say about it. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you. No pressure. No pitch. Just a conversation between Kingdom workers.

If you are taking this to your board or to prayer, take all the time you need. We will be here.
