Pricing your board can approve in one meeting.
$2,500 to build it. $250 a year to keep it running. That’s the whole thing — and this page was written to be forwarded.
The whole number
Build: $2,500, once. Hosting & care: $250 a year. Chatbot: $100 a month — optional, added after launch. Nothing else is required.
The build
$2,500
once
Up to twenty pages, custom-designed and written with you. Migration of your current site and your email, included. Two full rounds of revisions. Yours outright when it launches.
Hosting & care
$250
a year
Hosting, SSL security, branded email at your own domain, content updates, and human support. Under $21 a month, flat.
The chatbot
$100
a month · optional
An assistant trained on your site’s content, added after launch. Your website is complete without it.
What the $2,500 includes
Up to twenty pages, custom design, copy written with you, migration of your site and your email, two full rounds of revisions, and launch.
Twenty is the ceiling, not a quota. If your ministry needs eight pages, we build eight excellent ones — you’re paying for the craft, not the count. The intake form is where we map your pages together, and what we agree on there is what gets built.
The words are written with you: you answer an intake form about your ministry, we write the site, you approve every word before it goes live. You’re never handed a blank page and told to “send us your content.”
And when it launches, it’s yours — the domain, the code, the words. Plain, standard HTML, no proprietary platform, no locked format.
How is it paid?
Half to start, half at launch. $1,250 when we begin, $1,250 when your site goes live. Nothing in between, nothing after — except the $250 a year that keeps it running.
What the $250 a year includes
Five things, itemized: hosting on our managed environment · SSL security · branded email at your own domain · content updates — you email, we edit · human support. Under $21 a month, flat.
The five things, itemized
- Hosting — your site lives on our managed hosting environment, monitored and backed up.
- SSL security — the padlock in the browser bar, always current, never something you think about.
- Branded email — real addresses at your own domain, not a personal Gmail running a ministry.
- Content updates — new service times, staff changes, events, sermon links, photo swaps, wording fixes. You email us the change, we make it. No dashboard to learn, no login to lose, no volunteer to chase.
- Human support — when something needs attention, a person answers.
What costs extra
Published here, in the open — because you shouldn’t have to ask.
Revisions past the two included rounds — $150 an hour, quoted in writing before we start.
Structural changes — new pages beyond your twenty, new sections, a redesign, new functionality. Real work, billed at $150 an hour — always quoted in writing first, never billed by surprise.
The chatbot — $100 a month for FitlyBuilt website clients, optional, added after launch. ($150 a month on its own, without a FitlyBuilt site.)
SEO & AI search — paid, ongoing work for ministries that want to be found, not just visited. It’s priced to what your ministry actually needs, and every deliverable is itemized in writing before a dollar moves. We only discuss it after your site is live.
Year one, in one number
$2,750. That’s the build and the first year of hosting and care, complete. Year two: $250.
No setup fees. No surprise line items. No “premium tier” you discover you needed after signing. $1,250 to start, $1,250 at launch, $250 for the year — and that’s the whole first year.
What a subscription really costs
A $97-a-month website costs your church $1,164 a year, forever — and the day you stop paying, you have nothing. Here’s ten years, run honestly.
| Year | Subscription @ $97/mo | FitlyBuilt |
|---|---|---|
| Year 1 | $1,164 | $2,750 |
| Year 2 | $2,328 | $3,000 |
| Year 3 | $3,492 | $3,250 |
| Year 5 | $5,820 | $3,750 |
| Year 10 | $11,640 | $5,000 |
The crossover lands just under three years in. From there the gap only widens: their site costs $1,164 every year, yours costs $250 — and by year ten you’ve spent less than half as much and you own the thing outright.
A church website is a ten-year asset. Price it like one.

Frequently asked questions
No. The build is a one-time project with a written scope — you know exactly what you’re getting before we start. The $250 a year renews annually; there’s no multi-year commitment and no cancellation penalty.
Yes — half and half. $1,250 to start, $1,250 at launch. Boards like it because nothing is owed until the work begins, and the balance isn’t due until the site is live and approved.
You give us 30 days’ notice, we hand you every file, and the site comes off our hosting. That’s it. It’s plain, standard HTML — any developer or hosting company on earth can pick it up in an afternoon. We publish this because it’s what owning your website actually means.
No setup fees — the numbers on this page are the numbers. The $250 renews at the same flat rate. If anything about pricing ever changed, you’d hear it from us in writing well before your renewal — never as a surprise on an invoice.
